After the injector is in place, use a torque wrench to evenly tighten the injector tightening nut to the specified torque.

The needle valve of the injector has a high precision with the valve body, but there is always a small amount of diesel oil flowing from the needle valve to the reverse direction (also known as the rear leakage) under high pressure during operation, and the diesel oil is filtered through the return pipe. This also lubricates and cools the needle valve coupler. However, if the amount of oil returned is too large, the amount of diesel injected into the cylinder will be significantly reduced. For this purpose, the following method can be used: the handle is pulled until the corrector pressure is about ZMPa higher than the rated pressure of the injector, and the time required for the pressure to drop to the rated pressure is observed, and 1015 is acceptable. If the time is too short, it means that the injector is leaking badly, that is, the oil return is too large.

Pull the handle and perform the atomization test at a speed of 70 times per minute. The oil mist sprayed must not have dripping or splashing. The cone angle of the fog beam should conform to the technical specifications of the machine. Oil cuts must be crisp and clean with a clear sound. Otherwise, check the nozzle hole of the needle valve for blockage or wear and replace it with new one if necessary.

Before installing the injector, remove the carbon deposits or dirt from the mounting hole of the cylinder head, and then wipe it with a dry cloth, and do not leak the copper washer. After the injector is in place, use a torque wrench to evenly tighten the injector tightening nut to the specified torque. Finally, install the high pressure oil pipe and the return pipe.
