Fast first remanufactured transmission is off the assembly line

Recently, Fast's first "remanufactured" transmission successfully went offline at the Baoji Plant, and passed the on-line factory inspection. All major performance indicators and safety and quality indicators have met the requirements of the original product's factory standards, which signifies Fast's remanufacturing. The production process has been fully opened and the remanufactured production capacity of auto parts and transmission assembly products has been achieved.

Fast is one of the first batch of 14 auto parts remanufacturing pilot companies established in the country and the leading unit for the development of transmission remanufacturing standards. During the two sessions in 2009, Chairman Li Dakai specifically brought a proposal on remanufacturing, which has attracted widespread attention from all walks of life. The remanufacturing industry has become an important way to adjust the structure, transfer mode, and the upper level of the FAST and take the development of the circular economy.

In order to ensure the effective implementation and rapid advancement of remanufacturing projects, Fast established a special leading group led by Chairman Li Dakai to fully command the planning implementation and organization and coordination of the project. The company's deputy general manager Ma Xuyao ​​and other company leaders attach great importance to, often in-depth construction site supervision and inspection of the project construction work; relevant units deploy elite troops, and work together to continuously accelerate the progress of project construction; engineering and technical personnel in the lack of domestic related technical support and practice Under the premise of verification, the company explored itself, tackled the difficulties, repeated tests, and based on the product structure, scientifically formulated dismantling and repairing processes, continuously improved and refined the remanufacturing production process, and timely solved many production problems in the remanufacturing segment. At present, the Faster Baoji Plant has basically completed the dismantling and assembly production line for remanufactured transmission products. It also carried out preliminary inspection and classification of the used parts and components of more than 1,000 bins and completed nearly 2000 remanufactured synchronizers. The Fast Remanufacturing Project has accumulated a wealth of practical experience. It is understood that once the Fast Remanufacturing Project is completed, it can complete the remanufacturing of 15,000 transmission assemblies each year, which has good economic and social benefits and lays a solid foundation for creating a resource-conserving and environment-friendly enterprise.

Remanufacturing is the restoration of waste products to production processes that have the original product technical performance and product quality. At present, the Fast Baoji Plant is working hard to prepare for the full re-production of the company's remanufacturing projects by continuously improving the remanufacturing production processes, strengthening the production organization management, and providing on-the-job training for operators.
